Shipping Policy

Every RAI & REI garment is handcrafted and dispatched from our atelier in Surat, Gujarat.

RAI & REI is a brand of Anubha Industries Private Limited.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹150 is applicable on all orders within India.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days from order confirmation.

During periods of high order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Domestic Delivery

After dispatch, deliveries within India generally reach within 2–3 working days, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping charges are borne entirely by the customer and will be calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch, depending on the destination.

International orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery generally takes 14–15 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country's customs processes and courier timelines.

Any shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, delivery charges, or any other local fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and shall not be borne by RAI & REI or Anubha Industries Private Limited.
