Shipping Policy

Every Rai & Rei piece is handcrafted and dispatched from our atelier in Surat, Gujarat. Rai & Rei is a brand of Anubha Industries Private Limited.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation.
• Within India, delivery takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch, via our courier partners.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Cash on delivery is not available at this time.

International orders

• We ship within India only at this time. If you are outside India and would like a piece, write to us at hello@raiandrei.com and we will try to help.

Tracking

• A tracking link is shared on email as soon as your order ships.

Each piece is made and finished by hand. In rare weeks of heavy making, dispatch may take a little longer; we will always tell you if it does. Questions: hello@raiandrei.com.
