Care and Repair

A Rai & Rei piece is made to be kept. Cared for well, the cloth ages into something more personal than the day it arrived.

Care

• Dry clean only, unless the care label on your piece says otherwise.
• Iron inside out on low heat, and avoid steam directly on Ajrakh printed panels.
• Store folded or on a broad hanger, away from prolonged direct sunlight.
• Ajrakh is block printed the traditional way. Its colours may soften and settle with time; that evolution is part of the piece.

Repair

• Repair support is offered on a case-by-case basis. Write to hello@raiandrei.com with your order number and photographs of the area, and we will tell you what is possible and what it will cost, if anything.
