Return and Exchange Policy

At RAI & REI, every garment is handcrafted in limited quantities and produced only once. Because of the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
• If your requested size is unavailable, you may exchange your garment for another style of equal value.
• If the alternate style is priced higher, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
• If the alternate style is priced lower, the remaining amount will be issued as a store credit, valid for future purchases.
• Exchange requests made after 48 hours from delivery cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at office@raiandrei.com, along with clear photographs of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue at no additional cost.
