Return and Exchange Policy

We make in small, limited editions, and we want every piece to be kept. If something is not right, this is how returns work.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
• To begin a return, write to hello@raiandrei.com or WhatsApp +91 8347 640 001 with your order number.
• Where our courier partners offer pickup, we will arrange one; otherwise we will guide you on how to ship the piece back to us.

Refunds

• Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Exchanges

• Size exchanges are offered once per order, subject to availability. Our editions are small, so a size may sell out before your exchange reaches us; in that case we will refund you.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
